Le métro fonctionne du dimanche au jeudi de 5h15 à minuit et le vendredi et samedi jusqu’à 2h.
Depuis la gare Marengo SNCF : Métro ligne A Direction Basso Combo jusqu’à Jean-Jaurès + ligne B Direction Borderouge jusqu’à Compans Caffarelli.

Le Centre de Congres Pierre Baudis est desservi par les lignes 31, 45, 63, L1, Navette Aéroport

THE SANITARY PASS

Access will be controlled at the entrance of the event while it is being put up/ carried out/taken down. All technical personnel, exhibitors and visitors must present proof of testing or vaccination in order to access the Fair.

All persons 18 years of age or over (organizers, suppliers, exhibitors, visitors or any other person participating in the event, its installation or dismantling) must present one of the following documents:

an RT-PCR test, a rapid antibody detection test or an auto test supervised by a healthcare professional, conducted less than 72 hours from the time of control

proof of vaccination attesting to a full course of vaccination by one of the anti-Covid 19 vaccines authorized by the European Medicines Agency (EMEA) :

for “ Covid-19 Vaccine Janssen “, 28 days after the administration of one dose,

for the other vaccines, 7 days after the administration of a second dose, except for those previously infected by Covid-19 who are subject to this delay after the administration of one dose.

un certificat de rétablissement à la suite d’une contamination par la covid-19 délivré sur présentation d’un document mentionnant un résultat positif à un examen de dépistage RTPCR ou un test antigénique réalisé plus de onze jours et moins de six mois auparavant. Ce certificat n’est valable que pour une durée de six mois à compter de la date de réalisation de l’examen mentionné à la phrase précédente.

MASK WEARING

All persons with access to the exhibition hall must wear a mask. Protective visors are not admitted (Decree n° 2020-884, 17 July 2020).For your own safety and in respect of others’, we strongly invite you to observe social distancing on your Stand and throughout the exhibition space.

Wear a surgical or Category 1 fabric mask when a 2-meter distance is not possible and in places where mask wearing is obligatory.

All the organizing team and its suppliers on site will be equipped with masks.

Masks are available for purchase at the Fair’s Welcome Desk.

 

SOCIAL DISTANCING AND PROTECTIVE MEASURES

VinOmed organizers have taken care to enlarge aisles to 4 meters in order to provide as much room as possible for visitors to circulate.

Signage bearing the list of sanitary measures to follow will be placed throughout the exhibition venue.

We recommend that you respect the following rules:

 ■ lavez-vous les mains très régulièrement (avec de l’eau et du savon, ou du gel hydroalcoolique),

 ■ cough or sneeze into your elbow or a handkerchief,

 ■ use a single-use handkerchief and throw it into a specially provided receptacle

 ■ do not shake hands and do not embrace

 ■ avoid touching your face, especially your nose and your mouth.

 

PRE-REGISTRATION AND ONLINE CATALOGUE 

We encourage participants, visitors and exhibitors to register prior to the Fair and to print out their badges in advance, in order to avoid crowding at the Welcome Desk.

The VinOmed catalogue will be available online and useable on a smartphone, so that choice of stands to visit and products to select can be made in advance.

 

TASTING EQUIPMENT 

Each visitor will receive a personal glass supplied by the organizer.

Glasses may be rinsed at water points provided for the purpose.

Individual disposable cuspidors with an anti-splash cup will be available to visitors.

Exhibitors will replace used cuspidors with another.

Bottled water will be given to exhibitors and made available to visitors.

 

HAND SANITATION & COMMON AREAS

Hydro-alcoholic gel will be available in key areas so that hands may be disinfected. These distribution points will be marked on maps of the exhibition space.

Hand-dryers will be disconnected in toilets and replaced by single-use paper towel distributors.

Free-service sinks will be spread throughout the exhibition hall in order to facilitate hand-washing and glass rinsing.

Common areas, aisles and toilets will be cleaned frequently.

Special receptacles for discarded masks will be placed strategically throughout the hall, notably at exits. It is imperative to use these specially treated receptacles for discarded masks.

 

CATERING

Seated restoration will be available for a maximum of 10 people at one table.

Meals will be served in individual portions.

Catering personnel will scrupulously observe hygienic and sanitary instructions.

 

IN CASE OF SUSPICION

In the event that Covid-19 is suspected during the event (including installation and dismounting), an isolation space is available for participants who show symptoms on the spot. Two possibilities: go directly to PC Security or contact it at +33 (0)4 67 17 68 68.
